Terms of Service

AIErudit — AI Education for Business Professionals is a digital learning platform. These Terms govern consumer access to courses, subscriptions, AI-assisted learning features, and the baseline rules that apply unless a more specific signed business agreement or creator agreement controls.

Last updated: April 21, 2026

1. Acceptance and document order

By accessing, creating an account for, purchasing from, or using AIErudit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a company, customer, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. If you buy or use a team, company, or enterprise offer, our Business Terms also apply. If you participate in the creator program, the Creator Terms and any creator-facing operational documents apply to that relationship.

If a signed order form, master services agreement, data processing addendum, or other written agreement expressly overrides these terms, that written agreement controls for the subject it covers.

2. Accounts, eligibility, and authority

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless the issue was caused by our own security failure.

The platform is intended for adult learners and business professionals. If a company, school, or other workspace sponsor provisions your seat, that sponsor may control seat assignment, workspace access, and administrative settings for that environment.

We may refuse registration or restrict access where necessary to comply with law, prevent abuse, enforce sanctions or export rules, protect the platform, or investigate suspected fraud.

3. Licenses, access rights, and restrictions

AIErudit, its software, course catalog, protected learning materials, design, and branding are licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the service for your personal learning or your organization's internal business learning, as applicable to the plan you bought.

You may not, except where mandatory law permits it:

  • resell, rent, lease, or time-share the service or its content,
  • share credentials or exceed purchased seat limits,
  • copy, scrape, harvest, or bulk export protected course materials beyond product features we provide,
  • use the service or its content to train, benchmark, or improve a competing model, dataset, or commercial learning product without our written permission,
  • reverse engineer, probe, or bypass technical restrictions except to the extent non-waivable law allows it,
  • use the platform for unlawful conduct, infringement, security abuse, spam, or misleading claims.

4. Orders, billing, renewals, and cancellation

Prices, currencies, taxes, billing intervals, seat counts, and entitlements are shown at checkout, in-product purchase flows, or in the applicable order form. Payments may be processed through Stripe or another authorized payment provider.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless the order form or plan says otherwise. You may cancel renewal before the next renewal date to stop future charges. Cancellation does not retroactively unwind charges already incurred for the active billing period unless mandatory law or a written commitment says otherwise.

Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights, including non-waivable withdrawal, conformity, and statutory remedy rights, override any conflicting provision in these terms.

5. User content, AI features, and feedback

You retain ownership of materials you submit to the platform, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and use those materials as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service. You must have the rights needed to submit that material.

AI-assisted study features may generate incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated output. They are provided for learning support only and are not legal, medical, tax, employment, compliance, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for validating important decisions and deliverables.

If you send us ideas, feedback, bug reports, suggestions, or workflow examples, you allow us to use them without restriction or separate compensation, subject to our privacy commitments and any express written confidentiality obligation.

6. Suspension, termination, and service changes

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe there is non-payment, abuse, account compromise, unlawful conduct, infringement, security risk, excessive automated extraction, or a breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we may try to notify you and give you a chance to cure first.

We may update features, content, pricing, technical requirements, or availability over time. If a paid digital service must be kept in conformity under applicable law, mandatory maintenance and remedy obligations still apply.

On termination, your license ends and access may stop immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including payment obligations already incurred, IP protections, limitation clauses, and dispute provisions.

7. Disclaimers, liability, and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every course, AI response, or integration will meet every use case. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability for death or personal injury where the law forbids limitation.

For non-consumer claims only, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid for the affected paid service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you habitually reside. If you are not a consumer, these terms are governed by Polish law and the courts of Warsaw, Poland will have exclusive jurisdiction unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
